Working in Teams
While someone can be an outstanding independent worker, it is sometimes more of a challenge forhim/her having to work as a team. From the differences of work habits to the occasional miscommunications, working as a team can sometimes take a heavy toil on inter-relationships between staff in the workplace.
The Working in Teams Course is a comprehensive program that aims to offer a perfect platform for organisations to align their teams towards a common goal and direction. It is important that everyone in a team is able to work together in order for an organization to progress as planned. Designed to encompass all work levels including the operational staff to the management team, the course utilizes experiential learning and a host of other interesting learning methods.
